Eileen Jaffary is the founder and creative director of Studio Eileen, known for blending architectural precision with artistic innovation.

With over 20 years of experience, she has led award-winning projects such as the Hyatt Hotel in Abu Dhabi and the Corniche Luxury Towers in Jeddah.

Her signature style, marked by rich palettes, layered textures, and storytelling, has earned her the CID Interior Designer of the Year award and recognition as one of the region’s Top 50 Designers.

Farzaneh Eslami

Partner | Project Director

Farzaneh is an accomplished Interior designer with over a decade of experience in hospitality, residential, and  corporate projects across the Middle East.

A graduate of the American University in Dubai, she received multiple academic awards that helped shape her professional path.

Known for her thoughtful, client-focused approach, Farzaneh combines creativity and precision with a strong  understanding of how to bring each client’s vision to life.

Rowel Pechera

Assocciate | Technical Director

Rowel is a seasoned technical designer with a strong background in hospitality and residential projects across the Gulf region.

He was recognized with the CID Highly Commendable Award for Technical Interior Design in 2023 for his exceptional contributions.

As a trusted team leader, he is known for delivering detailed drawing packages, managing teams, and ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Cherry Tanedo

Studio Manager | FF&E Director

Cherry Rose Tañedo is a seasoned designer with 26 years of experience in the design and construction industry, including over 15 years in interior design.

Her portfolio spans high-end residential, hospitality, commercial, and retail projects across Asia and the Middle East.

Recognized with multiple CID awards, Cherry is known for her FF&E expertise and hands on coordination from concept to completion.
