Interior Design Concept
Themed Residential Amenities forms part of a wider residential development in Oman, designed to support community living through a series of public and shared amenity spaces. The project focuses on placemaking at a neighbourhood scale, using themed environments to define character, movement, and experience across the development.
We are currently appointed to develop the Concept Design for a themed residential development within the AIDA masterplan by Dar Global. Our scope focuses on crafting the public areas and key amenity spaces that will define the character and guest experience of the community. The design narrative is being developed to align with the unique thematic vision envisioned for AIDA, blending lifestyle-driven functionality with immersive experiential design. This project is in its early stages, with further details and the full concept launch to be revealed soon.
