Located in the heart of Jumeirah Village Circle, this mid-rise residential development is built around a contemporary co-living concept tailored to young couples and driven professionals.
The design emphasizes multifunctional spaces that seamlessly transition between work, socializing, and personal relaxation, promoting community interaction while respecting individual comfort. Studio Eileen is leading the full design scope, including concept, interior architecture, space planning, FF&E, and detailed design of all residential and amenity areas. Through smart layouts, shared facilities, and a lifestyle-driven aesthetic, the project establishes a flexible and engaging living environment that reflects the evolving expectations of modern urban life in Dubai.
